BCAA + L-Glutamine + HMB

Bcaa 2:1:1 Instant (l-leucine, l-isoleucine and l-valine), l-Glutamine, maltodextrin, HMB (Beta-Hydroxy Beta-Methylbutyric Acid), flavor (lemon flavor), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), acid (E-330), lemon powder, sweeteners (acesulfame-k and sodium saccharin), colorant (E-102) and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Take 12g a day, 30 minutes before training. Recommended daily dose: 12g.
